Joy Exposed

What is light? Now describe it.  

Like describing light, joy itself is virtually impossible to explain. It can only be explained in terms of the evidence of its existence. Joy can be described as peace, harmony, and flow; it can be described as happiness emanating from within; it can be described as radiant beauty. 

Light shines regardless of the subject of the illumination. Whether we categorize the illuminated as "good" or "bad", light shines on and through it all. Likewise, independent of circumstances, joy radiates and illuminates the source and the subject. This is the essence of joy. 

* Joy is not circumstantial. It is the essence of light coming forth through being

* Joy is not something to be received. Joy "is" ...it has no beginning, only source

* Joy cannot be overcome because of its is-ness. Like hiding a light, concerted effort must be made to cover it.  

* Joy begins when resistance ends
